This is one complete list of 6 meals one of my friend , a body builder.Not sure if it works for you but it does work for him.

Meal 1:
Oats, whey protein

Meal 2:
Whey protein, fruits or protein fruit smoothie

Meal 3 :
Chicken salad

Meal 4 :
Whey protein and handful of nuts

Meal 5 :
seafood and vegies or salad

Meal 6:
tub of cottage cheese or protein pancakes

Why not try these out?It might be suitable fot your diet plan for muscle .You’ll never know without try it first.
