7 myths about fitness

A lot of myths existed when it comes to health and fitness.Ok, as for now let me just name 7 7 myths about fitness for you to take note.

1-Muscle turns to fat when you stop exercising-False
It's a different type of tissue.No such thing happened in human body.

2-Weight training builds unsightly bulk on woman-False
Women have no testosterone like man.Unless they work too hard to get some bulks

3-To lose weight i must eat less-False
Increase your activity rather than eating less.It's bad for your health and slowing your metabolisme.

4-You can sweat weight off in the sauna-Not the fat,
You just draining up water from your body not the fat

5-I'm too busy to exercise-False
Doesn't mean exercise you have to go to the gym, or jogging in the lake.You can always use stairs,gardening or playing with your children.

6-A lot of sit-ups will give you a six pack-Not necessarily
First of all, we need to reduce all your body fat.

7-Men can't get cellulite.True
No such things cellulite inside body.
